This modern facility was built in 1999-2000 with endowment funds from Mr Alex Booth of the Booth Foundation. It has a conference hall equipped with a piano, TV and wireless and wired internet facilities; bedrooms for 23 guests on  a shared basis; bathrooms, and a kitchen with full time personnel under the supervision of Mrs Alice Phiri.
As the name of the centre indicates, it is in existence primarily at the service of the church, for training of church members. It is physically located within the premises of Justo Mwale Theological University College campus, as an extension of the training facilities of the School, in particular for members of the participating churches.

Training Facilities

The certificate courses and short courses are facilitated by the Booth Centre. The coordinator is Rev Moses Mwale, and his assistant Rev Gerald Phiri. The funding for these programs is supported by The Outreach Foundation. 

Accommodation

Booth Centre also caters for public accommodation. Bathrooms are shared among all the guests.
