Justo Mwale Theological University College (JMTUC) is owned by the Reformed Church in Zambia (RCZ). The University College is governed by a Board composed of members who represent participating Churches. The number of Board members is determined by the number of enrolled students. The Reformed Church in Zambia has four members on the Board. The University College Board formulates policies, approves annual budgets, determines procedures for operations and control, and delegates broad authority to the Administration to operate the Institution. University College SenateThe Senate is responsible for overall running of the University College, regulates and directs the academic work and is regarded as the supreme academic authority Members of the Senate
AdministrationThe University College Board appoints a Rector as Chief Executive Officer, who has to provide leadership on the overall management and financial administration. The Rector is assisted by the Dean of Studies who is responsible for academic affairs and the Registrar who is in charge of administration. Administrative Staff
